When you register for an account on Islamic Knowledge Platform, we collect: - **Account Data**: Your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. - **Academic Progress**: Model examination answers viewed, audio playback timestamp checkpoints, and practice drill/quiz scores. - **Device Telemetry**: Secure single-device session identifiers to prevent unauthorized sharing of enrolled passes. - **Financial Attribution**: Referral tracking codes and payout withdrawal requests.

2. Payment & Billing Information

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card, debit card, or banking PIN credentials on our servers. We store only immutable transaction references (order ID, payment ID, and entitlement duration grants) required for accounting and subscription verification.

3. Strict No-Refund Governance

In accordance with our platform terms, all digital passes, study subscriptions, and examination bundles are strictly final and non-refundable upon access grant.

4. Single-Device Session Integrity

To safeguard our copyrighted academic material and licensed teacher audio commentaries, active student accounts are restricted to one active mobile/PWA device session. Resetting your device binding is logged in our security audit log.

5. Data Retention & Student Rights

You may inspect your enrolled passes, exam drills, and referral rewards at any time in the Student Portal. Account deletion or correction requests can be initiated by contacting our academic administration.
